VSO has produced a new video highlighting our work with a partner organisation, Reencontro. As part of our RAISA (Regional AIDS Initiative of Southern Africa) programme in Mozambique, VSO and Reencontro run income-generation projects and provide vocational training in areas such as sewing and carpentry to help HIV positive women and men earn a living. Thanks Reencontro and VSO for the wonderful work you are doing in HIV and Aids. I come from Malawi, but live in London..but Mozambique will always be a home to me!
I would like to see all of Africa rapidly expand their health care service. The problem with evolution is it can be very destructive. If another virus like HIV/AIDS emerges,I want us all to be ready to stop it.
