There is no GUARANTEE you can have oral, vaginal, or anal sex with a person who is HIV+ without possibly contracting HIV. Even a condom doesn’t guarantee you won’t contract HIV, although it greatly reduces the risk. How about holding off on sex and tackling the larger issues in your life like “running away”?
